Abnormal Alert Overview

This manual provides clear explanations and standardized handling procedures (SOPs) for various abnormal alarm signals issued by the i4.0BS Intelligent module, helping operators quickly understand the alarm's meaning and take appropriate action. This systematic troubleshooting guide not only improves troubleshooting efficiency, but also helps reduce the risk of equipment downtime, further enhancing overall production efficiency.

Troubleshooting of Vibration Abnormal Alert

The controller screen shows an abnormal vibration alert.

As shown on the image, the controller interface displays the message: “ Vibration Abnormal Alert.”
Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
Note: An abnormal vibration alert does not necessarily indicate a machine failure. Besides performing an immediate inspection of the machine to ensure it operates correctly, please stay alert during the following machining processes. If you observe persistent anomalies such as :Unusual noises Vibration marks on the workpiece Consistently poor machining accuracy. Please contact the equipment manufacturer immediately for inspection and repair.

Please record whether there is any tool breakage, collision or excessive force on the workpiece when abnormal vibration occurs.

Log in to the i4.0BS system and check the GUI to confirm the axis and value of the abnormal vibration.

Re-enable the vibration reminder function to cancel the alarm

Please determine whether to adjust the vibration threshold based on the situation.
①Yes: Please continue processing and pay attention to the quality or machine operation status
②No: Excessive impact may cause component dislocation. If the machine continues to have abnormal vibration alarms, and the workpiece accuracy continues to be abnormal or the machine has serious abnormal noises, please contact the equipment supplier as soon as possible for repair.
