Abnormal Alert Overview

This manual provides clear explanations and standardized handling procedures (SOPs) for various abnormal alarm signals issued by the i4.0BS Intelligent module, helping operators quickly understand the alarm's meaning and take appropriate action. This systematic troubleshooting guide not only improves troubleshooting efficiency, but also helps reduce the risk of equipment downtime, further enhancing overall production efficiency.

Troubleshooting of Sensor Abnormal Alert

The controller screen shows Sensor Abnormal Alert

As shown on the image, the controller interface displays a message stating "Sensor Abnormal Alert.“ Please follow the steps to troubleshoot. Note: When a sensor abnormality occurs, the module automatically disables the axis where the sensor detected the abnormality. This disables the smart lubrication function and renders the lifespan prediction unavailable. However, vibration and temperature monitoring can be performed on the axis without abnormality.
