This manual provides clear explanations and standardized handling procedures (SOPs) for various abnormal alarm signals issued by the i4.0BS Intelligent module, helping operators quickly understand the alarm's meaning and take appropriate action. This systematic troubleshooting guide not only improves troubleshooting efficiency, but also helps reduce the risk of equipment downtime, further enhancing overall production efficiency.

Troubleshooting of Temperature Abnormal Alert

The controller screen shows Abnormal temperature alert

As shown on the image, the controller interface displays the message “Temperature Abnormal Alert."
Please follow the steps to troubleshoot.
Note: A temperature abnormality exceeding 70°C does not necessarily indicate an immediate machine failure. First, check that the machine is operating normally. Pay close attention to subsequent processing. If persistent abnormalities occur, such as unusual noises, vibration marks, or persistently poor machining accuracy, contact the equipment manufacturer for repair.
