Troubleshooting of Life Prediction Abnormal Alert

The ballscrew life prediction alarm appears on the GUI screen

As shown on the image, the GUI pops up "Life Prediction Abnormal Alert."
Please follow the steps to troubleshoot.
Note: When backlash occurs in the screw, it primarily affects the ballscrew's feed accuracy. In this case, reconfirm the accuracy requirements of the current workpiece and assess whether to contact the equipment manufacturer for inspection or schedule maintenance.

After the life prediction diagnosis is completed, a black dot will be added to the chart below to represent the result of this diagnosis.

A yellow screw status light indicates that the screw preload is approaching insufficiency.
Please determine whether to replace the screw based on the actual workpiece dimensional accuracy requirements.
Yes: Continue processing and schedule a replacement screw appointment with the equipment manufacturer.
No: Continue processing and continue regular diagnostics.
