Abnormal Alert Overview

This manual provides clear explanations and standardized handling procedures (SOPs) for various abnormal alarm signals issued by the i4.0BS Intelligent module, helping operators quickly understand the alarm's meaning and take appropriate action. This systematic troubleshooting guide not only improves troubleshooting efficiency, but also helps reduce the risk of equipment downtime, further enhancing overall production efficiency.

Troubleshooting of Lubrication Pressure Abnormal Alert

The controller screen shows Lubrication pressure alert

As shown on the image, the controller interface displays the message "Lubrication Pressure Abnormal Alert." Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot. Note: Disabling Smart Lubrication will return to the factory-set fixed frequency control. Be sure to recheck whether the lubricator is operating normally. If not, it is recommended to shut down the machine and wait for the equipment vendor's service personnel to inspect and repair it to avoid machine failures that could affect processing.

Step 1 :

Check first whether the oil tank of the oil injection machine is less than 1/3 of the oil. If so, please fill it up first.

Log in to the i4.0BS system and check the GUI to confirm the time of lubrication abnormality.

Restarting the smart lubrication function through the GUI will clear the alarm.

Observe whether the pressure gauge above the oiling machine is operating normally
①Yes: The pressure is normal, and the alarm can be released.
②No: The oiling machine motor or control power supply may be faulty. Please turn off the smart lubrication function first and notify the equipment supplier's service personnel to come and confirm.
