HIWIN expands its UR Series ultra load roller type linear guideway by introducing the new size 35 (UR35), for compact equipment operating under high-load and high-dust environment. The update also includes a more comprehensive lineup of high-dust protection accessories.
The UR35 inherits the roller-type structural design of the UR Series, providing increased rigidity within limited installation space. It is suitable for applications such as CNC machine tools and high-load automation modules that require structural strength and stable operation.
High-dust protection accessories are compatible with sizes 35, 45, and 55. Users can select KWF, KWR, SW, or ZW types based on machining conditions to reduce the ingress of chips, dust, and cutting fluids.
In addition, the omnidirectional lubrication design ensures consistent lubrication supply even under side-mounted or inverted installation conditions, supporting stable long-term operation
With the expanded size range and improved protective configuration, the UR Series provides a linear motion solution suitable for demanding machining environments.
